Our analysts come out of their two year program with a strong foundation of knowledge and skills that prepare them to pursue almost any career both within the investment banking industry or otherwise.

  • Investment Banking Research & Business Development Analyst Program
    FT Partners offers a unique experience to exceptional candidates seeking a long term career in investment banking through our Research and Business Development team. Our Business Analysts work closely with our investment banking teams to develop analysis and research on the financial technology sector. Business Analysts are given lead roles and and take ownership of key business development activity. Although this position is designed for recent graduates, it is a demanding and high profile position within the firm and successful candidates will gain deep exposure and develop a well rounded set of investment banking skills. Qualified candidates should have a strong GPA and SAT scores.
