  • On October 6, 2026, Capitolis, a leading financial technology company, announced it has raised $220 million in debt and equity financing at a ~$1.9 billion valuation
  • The Series E equity financing of $120 million was led by Citi, an existing investor, with participation from new strategic investors Bank of America, Nomura, and Tradeweb Markets, as well as existing investors Barclays, BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan, State Street, and UBS
